We've been busy behind the scenes delivering some exciting new features, refining workflows, and chasing away a few platform gremlins to keep everything running smoothly.
📋 Enhanced Screening & Application Workflows
- Jobs can now support multiple screener forms, giving you greater flexibility to tailor screening questions to different roles and hiring processes.
- Added optional question scoring within questionnaire configuration to help evaluate responses more effectively.
- Improved interview workflows with more relevant stage statuses.
- Added distance to job visibility within the Other Applications table.
- Refreshed the Other Docs table to align with the new platform layout.
🛡️ Updates to Compliance & Regulatory Features
We've continued to enhance the tools that support your compliance processes:
- Introduced a new Unified Background Check entity, including a manual background check option with an attached risk assessment form.
- Mother's maiden name is now optional in Northern Ireland to align with RQIA requirements.
- Added a new question within the Disclosure section.
- Refreshed the ID Documents experience with a new card-based layout for improved visibility and usability.
