New Pre-Employment Hub

We've introduced a brand-new Pre-Employment Hub, bringing onboarding, payments, background checks and references together in one place.

With a clear overview of every candidate's progress, you can instantly see where someone is in the process without switching between multiple screens.

Benefits:

Meet IRIS – Your SeeMeHired AI Assistant

Introducing IRIS, our new AI assistant designed to support recruiters from the very first stage of hiring.

IRIS can help you:

  • Generate salary guidance

  • Parse job templates in seconds

This is just the beginning, with even more AI capabilities coming soon.


AI-Powered Document Analysis

Uploaded documents are now automatically analysed by AI as soon as they arrive.

Key information is extracted and populated for you, while a new quick-view summary highlights:

  • Whether documents are in date

  • Whether they match the candidate

  • Important compliance information

  • Potential issues requiring attention

No more opening every document and reviewing them line by line.


Background Checks in One Place

Managing background checks is now simpler than ever.

You can:

  • Upload manual checks

  • Review integrated check results

  • See clear and warning outcomes instantly

  • Request disclosures via a simple form

  • Approve or reject candidates directly from the results screen

Everything is now managed from a single location.


Flexible Regulatory Settings

Compliance requirements can now be triggered at the stage that suits your process.

When candidates reach that stage, they automatically receive email prompts to complete the required information—removing the need for manual follow-up.

We've also added greater flexibility by allowing you to disable fields such as:

  • Reason for leaving

  • Working with vulnerable people

when they aren't relevant to a specific role.


Faster Reference Management

References are now more visible and easier to action.

Improvements include:

  • Outstanding reference tasks displayed directly within employment history

  • Earlier reference creation, even while employment history is still being completed

  • Faster turnaround on pre-employment checks


Information Packs

You can now create and send Information Packs containing:

  • Documents

  • Files

  • Forms

  • Multiple forms in a single pack

Information Packs can be sent at any additional-information stage, giving candidates everything they need in one place.


More Available During Video Interviews

You no longer need to leave a video interview to access candidate information.

Information packs and regulatory items can now be viewed—and in many cases updated—directly from the interview screen.


Candidate Sidebar Redesign

The candidate sidebar has been redesigned with a compact two-column layout and a new More menu.

The result:

  • Less scrolling

  • Better visibility

  • Faster access to key information


Refreshed Milestones

Milestones now use a cleaner card-based design that:

  • Uses less screen space

  • Improves readability

  • Makes candidate progress easier to understand at a glance

More Flexible Careers Embed

The careers embed has been completely refreshed and now offers:

  • Card or list layouts

  • Rounded or square corners

  • Configurable jobs per page

  • Automatic use of your website's fonts

This creates a more seamless experience that better matches your brand.


Redesigned PDF Downloads

PDF exports have been refreshed with a cleaner, easier-to-read layout.

Enhancements include:

  • Expanded application packs

  • Additional sections for regulatory workflows

  • New downloadable report options


Mandatory Memberships for Care Organisations

Care sector customers can now mark memberships as mandatory for specific areas.

Candidates can still continue through the process if they initially answer "No", while recruiters are alerted earlier so action can be taken sooner.

Alongside these new features, we're continuously monitoring and optimising the platform to deliver:

Next Major Platform Upgrade

Following the June release, we'll begin rolling out a major API and server upgrade.

During this period, the current backend will enter maintenance mode, receiving critical fixes only while larger developments move to the new platform.
