SeeMeHired allows you to easily integrate your hiring platform with your website, with fully customisable options. This guide shows you how to extract the code necessary to pass it on to the team members who manage your company website.
With the Embed Jobs feature in SeeMeHired, you can integrate job postings directly into your website. Simply copy the code to:
1. Display all jobs posted on SeeMeHired on your website
2. Showcase internal job postings on your intranet or internal web pages
3. Highlight jobs from specific cities or locations on dedicated web pages
1. Click on Settings > Company Profile > Company Profile
2. In the company overview page, click on 'Embed jobs'
3. In the first section, you'll find options to customise the embed on your website:
4. Decide if you'd like to add a Display location filter
If you toggle this ON, candidates can filter jobs posted in different cities. If you post in only one location, you can toggle it off. For example, you might have two locations - Home A in Dublin and Home B in Belfast. Toggling this on will display a filter on your job page with options for Dublin and Belfast
5. Decide if you'd want to add a 'Display location Name' filter
You can toggle this ON if you want a filter added with the location's name. For example, you might have two locations - Home A in Dublin and Home B in Belfast. Toggling this on will display a filter on your job page with options Home A and Home B
6. Decide the colour code
Next, pick the colour code to complete the ads. Usually, it would be the primary colour code of your website. Once you click on the colour, you'll see an option to either pick a shade or enter a HEX code. You'll notice the colour of the Apply buttons change when you add the colour code in.
7. Next, pick the number of jobs to come up in a row by editing the 'Number of columns' section
For example, if you pick 3, the jobs would be listed like below:
However, if you pick 4, the orientation would change like below:
8. Once you've configured the code, you can preview how the code would look like in the 'Preview' section.
9. Once you are happy, click on 'Embed code' to copy the code
This is your personalised 'Embed Code' that will allow roles to start appearing. Pass this across to your website developers to add it to your careers page.

11. Additional Code to add to the header
Also, ensure to add the code in the black box in the career page's embed once to avoid scrolling within the embed code.

If you have a separate website or page for your employees and want to display just the internal jobs to them, you can copy the code after toggling on 'Display internal jobs'.

If your website has dedicated pages for different locations or multiple brands, you can list jobs for a specific city or location on each page. This ensures relevant opportunities are showcased where they matter most.
For example, consider a hospitality brand with hotels in multiple locations. They might have properties across Scotland and Northern Ireland, and within the same city, there could be multiple hotels, such as Location A and Location B.
1. To filter the jobs displayed by city name, use the first 'Location' drop-down.
When you click 'Copy Embed Code', only the jobs in 'Belfast' will be listed.
2. To filter using a location name, use the second 'Location by name' drop-down
In this case, when 'Location 1' is selected and the embed code is copied, only the jobs listed in that particular location 1 would be visible.
3. To filter using the country name, use the 'Location by country' drop-down
When Northern Ireland is selected, only jobs listed within Northern Ireland will appear when the embed code is used. For example, if locations A and B are based in Belfast, all jobs will be visible as part of the Northern Ireland job listings. This ensures that region-specific roles are accurately displayed.
In all three cases, once you select the condition, you can click on the 'Copy Embed code.'
